My Terms Of Service

I WILL DRAW

  • human, humanoid, furry, anthro

  • mythical creatures (includes D&D creatures and races)

  • light to mediocre gore and body horror

  • some sensitive content

  • fan art

I WILL NOT DRAW

  • stolen or traced characters

  • hyper realistic

  • fetish art

  • hate speech and discrimination

  • illegal content

  • offensive characters

  • NFT/ AI training

  • NSFW

  • suggestive stuff

  • mecha (depending on complexity and may be more expensive)

general rules

when commissioning me please send the following details about the contents of the artwork, such as
-reference or clear description of a character (preferably non-AI reference or description)
-pose and expression of the character (you can also specify composition)
-outfit of the character
details
-background or story of the character (if applicable)
Note that you need to provide these details for every character in a composition
if you will not provide these details I can’t promise that the outcome will be exactly what you want

Other TOS

  • -if you’re going to commission me you must accept my terms of service.

  • -upfront payment. I will not start drawing before I get paid at least 50% of the commission price.

  • -payment via paypal only

  • -turnaround time 2-7 days

  • -no refunds when the commission is mostly done. full refund if I haven’t started or barely started. Partial refund if the commission is half way done.

  • -you can request edits up to five times before price increases. edits to the composition and line art can be requested only before the rendering stage (if you insist on the change, I might do it but will cost extra) color changes can be asked any time before sending the final piece.

  • -do not do any big edits to my art in any circumstances. If you make any edits that make me uncomfortable and or breaks my tos you will be blocked and blacklisted. any big changes that follow my tos are welcome to come back to me for editing.

  • -being rude and disrespectful clients will be blocked. Contact via alternate accounts will lead to being blacklisted. Blocked clients will have their commission halted indefinitely and will receive a refund according to the progress of the piece.

  • -I can decline a commission if it breaks my tos and other reasons such as:

  • if the client is blacklisted or commissioning me for someone on the blacklist

  • if the subject of the commission being a part of the will not draw list

  • if I feel that the commission is above my skill level

  • if the commission makes me uncomfortable

  • -if you need the commission by a certain deadline you must tell me beforehand the date of the deadline. Depending on the deadline you may have to pay extra.

  • -let me know if you want updates in your commission

  • -commissions that will be used for commercial use will have to notify me beforehand, provide credit and will cost more than commissions that are for personal use

  • -you are not allowed to use my art as NFT or to train AI. breaking this rule is an instant ban and blacklist

  • -illustration rights. I retain the right to use the illustration for my portfolio and self promotion. clients can request otherwise

  • -breaking any of the rules listed above will lead to a block and possibly a blacklist
